Cari membri, |

It is with great honour that I accept
your invitation to serve as your President for a second term. I look forward to many great
accomplishments. I do not pretend to take accolades for our successes because they arise from
the great efforts of all individuals that together form the team that makes up our Confratellanza.
Through our Confratellanza (Brotherhood) we will achieve many great successes. Helping our community
with funds from the Gentlemen’s Dinner, Honouring the recipient of the Italian of the Year as well as
scholarship recipients at the Annual Columbus Dinner, preserving our history and culture through the
Museum Project at the Italian Centre will be but a few of our varied successes of this year’s program.
I look forward to meeting all of you at these events and our monthly meetings. |

Accetto con grande onore l’invito
di servirvi come Presidente. In quest’anno
spero di poterlo rendere fecondo di iniziative per far si’ che il nostro circolo
mantenga la reputazione che lo ha sempre distinto fra gli italiani. Ricordiamoci che il
successo dipendera’ anche dalla collaborazione di tutti gli associati che formano
la Confratellanza Italo Canadese. Continueremo ad aiutare la communita’,
riconosceremo l’italiano dell’anno e le borse di studio alla festa in
onore di Cristoforo Colombo, e tante altre iniziative che spero di poter realizzare
contando anche sul vostro aiuto morale e materiale. Aspetto con ansia di incontrarmi
con tutti i soci, e poter definire con loro nelle riunioni mensili gli eventuali
programmi dell’anno corrente. |
